Eugenes Fitness ~~Famous History

There is no place on earth more devoted to health and fitness than our very own Eugene. We are blessed with a proud heritage of natural beauty and healthy spirit. It shows everywhere in Oregon and especially strong here in the Emerald City. Among the many demonstrations of community commitment are our bike and walking paths crisscrossing the city. They punctuate the priority given to the greatest wealth on earth...health. No where on the planet have I seen a more beautiful infrastructure. From Amsterdam to Victoria, we are second to none.

What Are You Drinking?

Have you ever said,... "I need to drink more water"? Knowing that our bodies are literally made of water... most of us have promised ourselves we were going to make sure we drank more water.

There is probably no one thing as important to health and feeling good... as drinking... water. Sure we drink lots of liquids... but is it the same? Do the liquids we drink really help us to feel good?

What if we could feel more energetic, more mental clarity and an overall sense of well being by simply changing what we drink. And what about those of us who already know the experience of drinking abundant water?

Are we getting anything close to the benefits that are possible... if we were drinking from the a high quality source such as a glacial or high mountain runoff.

We are blessed with an amazing water supply here in the Eugene area which comes straight from the Mckenzie. This puts Eugene fitness in a top strategic position in comparison with the rest of the world.

The only problem with our water system, is the chlorine and the other PH  balancing chemicals added as mandated by federal law. While yes, our water source is at the top of the charts for the worlds options, it is still not even remotely close to what the world healthiest people are privledged to have.

No matter what water you are drinking, is not what the people who live to be 100+ years old with the smallest instances of health problems are drinking. The water they consume is always high mountain runoff and is the single common denominator for their healthy longevity.

What happens is, water cascading down rocky mountain stream beds carries essential minerals from the stones while the friction of the rapid movement over the solid surface coupled with the water current itself actually creates a negative charge to the water loading it with antioxidants.

This gives the water some rare properties not found in very many places. The water has high alkaline and mineral content with a negative ORP (antioxidants in the form of Oxygen Reduction Potential) and also as a result of the cascade is broken into micro clusters of H20 moleculels.

Most all water when viewed under a powerful microscope is observed to rest in clumps of 16 to 20 molecules. The high mountain fast moving waters are found to in clumps of four to five molecules. Read more and see the videos here.
